Free Shipping on orders of $100 or more

Free shipping is only provided via UPS ground shipping and is not valid for shipping to APO/FPO or PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or international orders.

All orders shipped to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for delivery after your order is processed.

Refused Delivery Fee:
If a customer refuses to take delivery of an order, the customer will be charged to ship the order back to Cheer and Pom.

Express Shipping Information:

U.S.P.S. Express Mail - Arrives in 1-2 business days after the order has been shipped.
U.S.P.S. business days are Monday - Saturday (excluding holidays).

UPS 2nd Day Air - Arrives on the 2nd business day after the order has been shipped.
UPS Next Day Air - Arrives on the next business day after the order has been shipped.
UPS business days are Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

All express delivery times are approximate and based upon delivery times provided by the U.S.P.S. and UPS, and do not include the time for processing your order. We are not responsible if the actual delivery time takes longer than expected. All express shipping options are quoted based on current shipping rates and may fluctuate on a day to day basis.  Rates are subject to change at any time.
