Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Team Price Lock
Cheer and Pom offers a Team Price Lock guarantee throughout the cheer season (From purchase date through March of the following year). This means that if you originally qualified for team pricing on your previous order(s), your reorders will receive the same team price (and the 10 pair minimum will not apply to your reorders). So when you have cheerleaders lose their shoes, grow out of them, or more cheerleaders join your program, you can rest easy knowing that you will pay the same price for the shoes as you did at the very beginning of the season. (Please note that shipping charges may still apply and orders must be placed under the same account as originally ordered to receive the team price.)

Orders Ship Out Same Day
Cheer and Pom typically ships out all orders the same day, if the orders are placed before 3:30 pm Central Standard Time. Of course, the day we ship your order depends upon availability of the items you order and whether the items are in stock. If there is an issue with availability, you will be notified the same or following business day. Shipping time to the Continental U.S. is typically 2-4 business days from when the order has been shipped. Expedited shipping is also available if you need your items faster.

Quick Response Time
Cheer and Pom prides itself on customer service. One of the ways that we are able to ensure customer satisfaction is by always responding quickly to our customers. If we are unable to answer your call, leave a voicemail. Leaving a voicemail before 4:30 p.m. CST during a weekday (excluding holidays) will get you a response the same business day. We will respond to voicemails left after that time by the following business day. We realize that emails are the main form of communication for some people. Therefore, emails are also responded to in the same timely fashion as phone calls.

Cheer and Pom's current hours are Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm CST.
