fit weird,

So i order two different shoe sizes of this particular shoe since i have two daughters that needed cheer shoes. We recieved them in a timely manner but the sizes were very odd. The size 3 i ordered for my 9 yr old was the same size shoe as a 13 that my 5 year old wore... And the size 13 i ordered for my 5 year old fit like a size 10. Now i ordered a different brand of shoes off this website as well at the same time for my neices and their shoes were normally sized!!! So i have NO CLUE what happend here!
I just want customers to take caution that when ordering this shoe they are not getting the size that is expected when ordering.they are like 2 sizes smaller.
