When will I receive my order?
Cheer and Pom typically ship out orders the same day or the following business day (pending availability). Shipping times to the Continental U.S. (through FedEx) are usually 2-4 business days from when the order has been shipped. Express shipping is available for an additional cost. All shipments through USPS are usually 3-5 business days, but cannot be guaranteed.

What if the shoes don't fit?
If the shoes do not fit, you may send them back for a return or an exchange. When we receive back the pair(s) you are exchanging or returning, we will ship out the new pair(s) or issue a refund. To expedite the exchange process, purchase the new pair(s) you need so that we can get them shipped out and send back the pair(s) you do not need for a refund. The customer is required to pay for shipping back to us and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

How can I track my order?
After we ship out your packages, an email is automatically sent to you with the tracking number. Just enter that number into FedEx.com or USPS.com (depending on how the package was shipped), and you will be able to track your order.

Do I need to be home to sign for my package(s)?
Cheer and Pom does not require a signature; HOWEVER, we leave it up to FedEx's discretion. FedEx will always require a signature in apartment buildings and condos. If FedEx feels that leaving the package unattended will not be in the best interest of the customer, they will leave an InfoNotice indicating how to receive your package. FedEx will attempt to deliver 3 times before sending it back to the shipper.
