Return Policy

In the event the items that you purchased do not fit or you do not like them, you may return or exchange the items within 30 days after receiving your order.

Procedures and Conditions for Returns:

  • Shoes or other merchandise must be returned in new and unworn condition.
  • Under no circumstances will worn shoes or merchandise be accepted for a refund.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and packaging. Do not affix any postage to the shoe box.
  • Please include your order number for faster processing.
  • Your payment will be refunded in the form that was used to make the original purchase.
  • If a charge card was used, a credit will be issued on the card for the cost of the shoes or merchandise that was returned (less original shipping charges).
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your charge card account statement.

  • Shoes or other merchandise must be returned in new and unworn condition.
  • Under no circumstances will worn shoes or merchandise be accepted for an exchange.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and packaging. Do not affix any postage to the shoe box.
  • Please include your order number for faster processing.
  • Please indicate what style and size you would like to receive in exchange for the shoes or merchandise that you are returning.
  • Once we receive the items you are returning, we will ship out the new items at your expense within 1-2 business days.
  • If the new exchanged item is lower in price than the original item, we will credit your charge card for the difference in price between the two items. If the new exchanged item is higher in price than the original item, your charge card will be charged for the difference in price between the two items. We will also charge your charge card the cost of shipping the new exchanged items to you.

Shipping Charges:

  • You are responsible for all shipping costs back to us.
  • Original shipping charges are nonrefundable
  • We will not refund any shipping costs unless the shoes are defective or we made an error with your order.
